2 · Hear it
We ask the owner—15 villas30 villas
Dalam asks the owner for the exact location and whether it’s free for your dates first, then measures real distances to your places. Plus up to five of your questions: pets, leaks or mold, construction nearby, bills. Answers come back in writing to the villa, usually within hours. No answer in 24 hours and it’s returned.
3 · See it
Site visit on video——2 visits
Someone visits for you with your checklist: moisture reading on walls and ceilings, wardrobes and bathrooms for mold, a walk around the block for building sites, the noise at your hour, water pressure and an internet speed test. You get the video and notes.
Lease review——3
Before you pay a deposit: the owner named on the lease matches the land certificate, what you’re agreeing to, and what’s missing.

Questions
Does Dalam touch my rent or deposit?
Never. You pay the landlord or agency directly. Dalam checks who you’re paying and what you’re signing, then stays out of the money.
What if none of the villas are right?
Owner questions and visits are only used on villas you pick. If a visit shows it’s wrong, that’s the point: better on video than after the deposit.
How fast is it?
Owners usually answer within hours. Visits are filmed within three days of booking.
Which areas do you cover?
Visits in Canggu, Pererenan, Seseh, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Ubud, Sanur and Nusa Dua. Research and owner questions work anywhere in Bali.
What if the owner never answers, or a visit can’t happen?
No answer within 24 hours and the question goes back to your plan. A visit that can’t go ahead comes back too.
Does it renew?
No. A plan runs 30 days and stops. Need more mid-search? Add-ons top up the plan you have.
Does the owner get my details?
Only when you say yes. Until then Dalam asks on your behalf.
